How do I add links in my email?

To create links to web pages or documents on your website, follow these steps:

  1. Highlight the text to make into a link, and click “Insert Hyperlink“.
  2. In the “URL” field, enter the full URL including the “http://” and click “OK“.

Please note: if you do not include the full URL including the “http://” then your links will not work.  Also, if you are pasting the link in, ensure that there are no leading or trailing spaces as this may also cause the link to not work.
